Advanced Training of Trainers Curriculum from Pathfinder International

This 135-page reproductive health training module from Pathfinder International includes manuals for both the trainer and the participant and is designed to prepare trainers who already have skills as reproductive health trainers to proceed to a higher level of training implementation. The manual is designed to prepare trainers to conduct a training needs assessment, develop detailed plans for a training, develop and pilot test a training curriculum, conduct a training using more advanced training techniques, conduct a training follow-up, and evaluate a training.

The Trainer's Guide contains sections on:

4. Implementing Training
5. Evaluating Training
6. Training Follow-Up
7. Working with a Training Consultant

Techniques used in the implementation section include role-play, brainstorming techniques, developing case studies, mind mapping, lecture techniques, advanced discussion techniques, and games and experiential learning exercises.
