SummaryText
This electronically available document from the World Bank is for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of community-to-community knowledge, and learning exchanges.

It is intended for practitioners and service providers who wish to implement knowledge exchange processes. It is also aimed at students and development professionals who would like to better understand how the methodology is implemented.
This toolkit does not attempt to give all the answers to the novice development practitioner. Rather, it is a straightforward description of the overall methodology, and a collection of experiences and hints from recent exchange processes. [The authors] hope that it will serve as an inspiration to the practitioner to develop and implement an innovative process that is appropriate in the local context."
