Positive Health Training DVD Tool Box

This training kit was developed by Empowerment Concepts and Penga Productions in response to demands for training from individuals and organisations from countries that found it difficult to attend their Positive Living training, and corporates for use in training to engage personnel in Wellness programmes. The boxset includes: a two-hour DVD (and VHS cassette); CD with PDF copy of the Positive Living Training Manual; a hard copy of Positive Health, and the Facilitator's Guide.
According to the producers, the training is a practical ‘how to’ guide. It explains what to do (eat, exercise, hygiene, attitude) to maintain a healthy immune function, complementary to medical treatment. A range of alternative options are provided to the viewers from different economic backgrounds. For example, which foods contain specific nutrients, plus specifics regarding equivalent vitamin supplements.
