Synergy APDIME Toolkit
The APDIME Toolkit is organised into five interrelated modules that represent the phases of the programming cycle. Each module contains a step-by-step methodology that guides users through each phase of the cycle and provides an index of hundreds of related tools, guidelines, and other resources produced by a multitude of AIDS organisations around the world. Users can enter the programming modules at any stage appropriate to their work, access practical tools, link to field-tested resources, and search a database of 900+ citations.
The Synergy Project's APDIME approach is based on the use of participatory methods that build stakeholder commitment, produce programmes that suit prevailing or local conditions, and place people living with or affected by AIDS at the center. The Synergy Project is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and managed by TvT Global Health and Development Strategies, a division of Social & Scientific Systems, Inc.
